Description of Services

The order support service is offered by the operators of Service-client.fr to help the caller to make a subscription or order via the internet on the company’s website, in which case the operator will act on behalf the Appellant and will only apply the information that the Appellant will provide. 
Serviceclientele.net can not be held responsible for the bad execution of the contract or the order between the customer and the company.

Access to Premium Order Support Services:

Since each number is assigned to a specific service, we can not process a request concerning several companies on a single call, within the limit of a communication of 30 minutes out of communication with the company following a connection. At the end of this time, it will be put an end to the telephone communication.

Depending on the information available in the Serviceclientele.net service database, the Caller may receive contact information (name, address, telephone number (s)) and, depending on the service used, additional information (e- e-mail, opening hours, etc.) and services such as putting the Appellant in contact with the corresponding company.

Responsibility

The responsibility of Serviceclientele.net is limited to the provision of information contained in the Services. Serviceclientele.net is not responsible for the failures of its Services due to interruptions of the telephone network due to the other operators of electronic communications, in case of force majeure, of events out of the control of Serviceclientele.net, of possible breakdowns or maintenance interventions necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the Services.

Finally, Serviceclientele.net declines any responsibility concerning the errors or omissions involuntary that could comprise the Services, except in case of gross fault established against it. In any case, Service-client.fr can not be held responsible for consequential damages such as in particular any commercial damage, loss of customers, loss of control, commercial disorder, loss of profit or damage to the brand image.

The Appellant is solely responsible for the requests he makes and the use he makes of the results obtained. It is up to the Appellant to use them according to the laws in force.

Intellectual property

Sending coordinates does not imply any transfer of ownership. The Appellant acknowledges that the use granted to him of distinctive signs, trademarks, logos, designating the Services, and more generally of any element of intellectual or industrial property sent during the use of the Services, does not give him any right to property and in no case right of use other than those expressly related to the Services.

Personal data

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the Appellant has the right to access and rectify the data collected in connection with the Services concerning him. The Appellant may exercise this right by writing to the addresses specified in the “Information and Claims” section of these Terms and Conditions.
